Privacy Policy

Effective Date: 17 April 2026  |  Last Updated: 17 April 2026

This Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, storage, and sharing of personal and health information by UN:BLOC Health India Private Limited through the UN:BLOC Platform. It complies with the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (as applicable upon notification), and other applicable Indian data protection laws.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Identity and Contact Information: Name, email address, phone number, date of birth, gender, and location.
  • Health and Medical Information (Sensitive Personal Data): Medical history, current symptoms, medications, lifestyle data, dietary habits, sleep patterns, stress levels, family health history, and any other health data submitted through our intake forms.
  • Biomarker and Diagnostic Data: Lab results, diagnostic reports, or health assessment data submitted by you or shared with us through connected providers.
  • Payment Information: Transaction data processed through third-party payment gateways. UN:BLOC does not store your card or banking credentials.
  • Usage and Technical Data: IP address, device type, browser information, session data, and interaction logs on the Platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal and health information for the following purposes:

  • To deliver your Assessment Report and Protocol Services;
  • To operate, maintain, and improve the Platform and our AI analytical systems;
  • To communicate with you about your account, services, and protocol progress;
  • To process payments and issue refunds in accordance with our Refund Policy;
  • To train, validate, and refine UN:BLOC's proprietary AI and machine learning models using anonymised aggregated health data;
  • To comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations;
  • To send you health education content and platform updates (you may opt out at any time).

3. Anonymised Health Data and Research Database

Upon your use of UN:BLOC's assessment services, the analytical outputs, biological insights, and health theses derived from your data become part of UN:BLOC's proprietary anonymised clinical knowledge base. This means:

  • Your personal identifiers (name, email, contact details) are separated from the analytical data;
  • The anonymised analytical outputs — including derived Block Index scores, biological pattern assessments, and root-cause theses — are retained permanently in UN:BLOC's research and training database;
  • This anonymised database is used to train and improve UN:BLOC's AI systems, enabling more accurate assessments for future users and contributing to the broader field of integrative medicine;
  • This database constitutes UN:BLOC's proprietary intellectual asset and does not belong to or revert to the individual user upon account deletion.

Account deletion (as described in Clause 8) removes all personal identifiers and association of your name with any stored data, but does not — and legally cannot — erase anonymised analytical insights already incorporated into our research database. This practice is consistent with healthcare and medical research norms globally, and with applicable Indian law.

4. Sensitive Personal Data

Health and medical information constitutes Sensitive Personal Data or Information (SPDI) under the IT (SPDI) Rules, 2011. We collect, process, and store SPDI only: (a) with your explicit consent, which you provide by completing our intake and using our services; (b) for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy; and (c) with reasonable security safeguards as required by law.

You have the right to withdraw consent to the use of your SPDI at any time by writing to us at support@unbloc.com. Withdrawal of consent may affect our ability to deliver services to you. Please note that withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal, or the retention of anonymised data in our research database as described in Clause 3.

5. Data Sharing and Third Parties

UN:BLOC does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service Providers: With vetted third-party service providers (laboratory networks, pharmacy partners, payment gateways, cloud hosting providers) who assist in delivering our services, subject to confidentiality obligations;
  • Clinical Team: With UN:BLOC's physician advisors or clinical team members involved in reviewing or supervising your protocol, to the extent necessary for service delivery;
  • Legal Compliance: When required by law, court order, or governmental authority;
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of UN:BLOC's assets, subject to the incoming entity being bound by equivalent privacy obligations;
  • With Your Consent: In any other circumstance, only with your prior written consent.

6. Account Deletion and Right to Erasure

You may request deletion of your UN:BLOC account at any time by writing to support@unbloc.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request — [Your Registered Email]".

Upon receipt of a verified account deletion request, UN:BLOC will, within thirty (30) days:

  • Delete or anonymise all personal identifiers associated with your account (name, email address, phone number, and contact details);
  • Remove all associations between your name and any stored records in our active databases;
  • Deactivate your account and prevent further access to the Platform.

Account deletion does not result in the erasure of: (a) anonymised analytical data incorporated into our research database (as described in Clause 3); (b) records required to be retained by law (including financial records, tax records, and transaction logs); or (c) data required for the resolution of pending disputes or legal claims. We will acknowledge your deletion request within 5 business days and confirm completion within 30 days.

7. Data Security

UN:BLOC implements reasonable technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal and health information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These include encrypted data transmission (SSL/TLS), access controls, and role-based permissions.

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect your data, UN:BLOC cannot guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge and accept this inherent risk. In the event of a data breach that is likely to affect your rights and interests, UN:BLOC will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance user experience, analyse usage patterns, and improve Platform performance. You may configure your browser to refuse cookies; however, this may limit certain features of the Platform. We do not use cookies to collect Sensitive Personal Data.
