Terms of Service

Effective Date: 17 April 2026  |  Last Updated: 17 April 2026

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE UN:BLOC PLATFORM. BY ACCESSING OR USING OUR WEBSITE, MOBILE APPLICATION, OR ANY SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF SERVICE AND OUR PRIVACY POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, YOU MUST NOT USE OUR PLATFORM.

1. About UN:BLOC and the Platform

UN:BLOC Health India Private Limited ("UN:BLOC", "we", "us", "our") is a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 (CIN: U86900HR2026PTC144267), having its registered office at 2nd Floor, Unit No. 2B, The Cityscape, Sector 66, Golf Course Road, Gurgaon – 122011, Haryana, India.

The UN:BLOC platform (accessible at www.unbloc.com and associated mobile or digital applications) ("Platform") provides users with access to: (a) proprietary biological block assessment services; (b) the BlocMarker™ assessment and report; (c) personalised, physician-supervised health protocols; and (d) ancillary educational content.

The Platform is intended for adult users (18 years of age or older) seeking to understand and improve their health through evidence-informed, integrative approaches. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

2. Nature of Services — Not Medical Advice

UN:BLOC's services are investigative, analytical, advisory, and educational in nature. The BlocMarker™ report, protocol recommendations, and any other outputs generated by the Platform are not, by themselves, medical diagnoses, clinical prescriptions, or substitutes for professional medical advice, examination, or treatment, except where care is expressly delivered by registered medical practitioners under a clinician-led protocol as described in Section 5.

You are strongly advised to consult a qualified and registered medical professional before making any change to your diet, medication, supplements, lifestyle, or health regime on the basis of information received from the Platform. UN:BLOC does not guarantee any specific health outcome, improvement, or result, and makes no claim to cure, reverse, or prevent any disease. Individual health responses vary and are influenced by numerous factors outside UN:BLOC's control.

3. The BlocMarker™ Assessment — Scope, Accuracy and Limits

The BlocMarker™ is an assessment that seeks to identify the most likely underlying cause (the "block") of the symptoms and history you report, and to help confirm the root cause behind your symptoms. You understand and expressly agree that:

  • The accuracy, correctness and usefulness of your BlocMarker™ depend directly and substantially on the completeness, honesty and accuracy of every answer you provide and every medical report you upload. Incomplete, inaccurate or withheld information will affect the assessment and any views expressed in it.
  • The BlocMarker™ is prepared without any physical or in-person clinical examination of you. It is based solely on the information and reports you supply.
  • The BlocMarker™ represents a considered assessment of the likely cause of your symptoms. It is informational and is not, by itself, a confirmed clinical diagnosis, a treatment, or a prescription.
  • Before making any decision regarding medication, a change in lifestyle, or treatment on the basis of your BlocMarker™, you must discuss the full BlocMarker™ report in detail with your own physician, and act only under the supervision of your treating doctor.

4. Self-Care Protocols

Where UN:BLOC provides a self-care protocol, you understand and agree that:

  • A self-care protocol does not include, recommend, or prescribe any medication of any kind, under any circumstances.
  • A self-care protocol is limited to suggestions regarding diet, lifestyle, supplements, and natural therapies.
  • These suggestions are provided without in-person examination and are not a substitute for personalised medical advice.
  • You are advised to discuss any self-care protocol with your treating doctor or a relevant qualified expert before acting on it, particularly if you have an existing condition or take prescription medication.

5. Clinician-Led Protocols (BlocProtocol™)

Where you undertake a UN:BLOC clinician-led protocol, you understand and agree that:

  • Your protocol is designed, guided and supervised by a panel of registered medical practitioners, and any medication is prescribed solely by those qualified, registered doctors exercising their own clinical judgement — not by UN:BLOC as a platform, nor by any assessment or automated system.
  • Your protocol runs under the ongoing guidance and supervision of these practitioners.
  • Where your protocol is delivered remotely, no physical, in-person clinical examination is performed, and you acknowledge that the absence of a physical examination may affect the assessment, the protocol, and its results.
  • Our clinicians may advise you to remain in contact with, and continue to be seen by, your local or existing doctor, and you agree to follow such advice.
  • Any telemedicine consultation is conducted in accordance with applicable Indian telemedicine guidelines.

6. Not for Emergencies; Continuity of Existing Care

You understand and expressly agree that:

  • UN:BLOC is not a hospital, emergency service, or urgent-care provider, and the Services must never be used for a medical emergency. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services or go to the nearest hospital immediately.
  • If you have any serious or existing medical condition, you must not stop or alter any existing medication, treatment, or your relationship with your treating doctor, and you should continue your existing treatment under your existing doctor.
  • Any change to existing medication or treatment must only ever be made by, and under the supervision of, your qualified treating physician.

7. Your Health Data and Consent

By submitting health information, intake responses, and other data through the Platform ("User Data"), you grant UN:BLOC a licence to use, process, store, and analyse your User Data for the following purposes:

  • Delivering your personalised assessment and protocol services;
  • Improving and refining UN:BLOC's assessment and analytical systems, using data in de-identified form wherever reasonably practicable;
  • Contributing to anonymised, aggregated research for the advancement of integrative medicine;
  • Complying with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

Your health information is sensitive personal data. It is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA). Your consent to processing is specific to the purposes above and may be withdrawn as described in the Privacy Policy, subject to the effect that withdrawal has on our ability to provide the Services. You represent that the health data you submit is truthful, accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge, and that you have the right to share it.

8. User Eligibility and Account

To access UN:BLOC's paid services, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to promptly notify UN:BLOC of any unauthorised use. UN:BLOC reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that provides false, misleading or incomplete information, or that violates these Terms.

9. Acceptable Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful personal health and wellness purposes. You shall not:

  • Use the Platform for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent;
  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content, software, algorithm, or report;
  • Attempt unauthorised access to the Platform or other users' accounts;
  • Upload malicious code;
  • Use automated means to extract data;
  • Provide false or misleading health information;
  • Use the Platform in violation of applicable law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including the UN:BLOC brand, logo, name, website design, assessment systems, the BlocMarker™ framework, protocol methodologies, knowledge-base integrations, written content, graphics and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of UN:BLOC and protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and other applicable laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the Platform for personal, non-commercial use only.

The UN:BLOC dual-framework cross-validation methodology, and related proprietary assessment mechanics, constitute trade secrets and proprietary technology of UN:BLOC. Any attempt to reverse-engineer, replicate or disclose this methodology may constitute infringement of UN:BLOC's rights.

11. Brand and Trademark Protection

The marks "UN:BLOC", "UNBLOC", the UN:BLOC logo, and associated brand elements are proprietary trademarks of UN:BLOC Health India Private Limited. Unauthorised use of any UN:BLOC trademark, trade name or brand element — including in domain names, social media handles, advertising, or any other commercial context — is prohibited and may constitute infringement under the Trade Marks Act, 1999. You may not make any public statement, press release, social media post or media comment implying endorsement by, affiliation with, or official association with UN:BLOC without our prior written consent.

12. Disclaimers of Warranty

THE PLATFORM AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. UN:BLOC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT ANY CONTENT IS ACCURATE OR CURRENT, OR THAT USE OF THE PLATFORM WILL ACHIEVE ANY PARTICULAR HEALTH RESULT.

13. Clinical Responsibility and Doctor–Patient Relationship

Use of the informational parts of the Platform — including the BlocMarker™ assessment and any self-care protocol — does not by itself create a doctor-patient relationship between you and UN:BLOC.

Where you undertake a clinician-led protocol under Section 5, a treating relationship exists between you and the registered medical practitioners providing that care, who are responsible for the clinical care they personally provide, in accordance with applicable medical-council and telemedicine regulations. Health decisions you make independently, without the supervision of a qualified registered medical professional, are made voluntarily and at your own risk, and UN:BLOC disclaims liability for adverse outcomes arising from such independent decisions.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, UN:BLOC's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to the Platform or these Terms — whether in contract, tort, statute or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you to UN:BLOC for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. UN:BLOC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages; loss of data or profits; or damages arising from third-party services referenced on the Platform. These limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

15. User Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless UN:BLOC, its directors, officers, employees, advisors, clinical team, affiliates and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: your use of the Platform; your violation of these Terms; any User Data you submit that is false, inaccurate or misleading; your violation of any third party's rights; or any claim that your use of the Platform caused harm to a third party.

16. Third-Party Links and Services

The Platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, payment gateways, or other service providers that you independently choose to engage. UN:BLOC does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, practices, or terms of any third-party service. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and such third parties.

17. Governing Law, Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. In the event of any dispute, the parties shall first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, before a sole arbitrator, with seat and venue at Gurugram, Haryana, conducted in English. For consumer disputes that cannot be resolved through arbitration, the courts at Gurugram, Haryana shall have jurisdiction.

18. Changes to Terms; Contact

UN:BLOC may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be notified through the Platform or by email. Your continued use following notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Questions about these Terms may be sent to support@unbloc.com.
