UN:BLOC Health India Private Limited ("UN:BLOC", "we", "us", or "our") operates a precision integrative health platform that provides users with (a) personalised biological block assessments using proprietary AI-assisted diagnostic systems cross-validating Ayurvedic and modern functional medicine frameworks, and (b) structured health protocols — monthly or full-term — designed to systematically address identified root-cause blocks. Our services are categorised as follows:
The Assessment Fee is charged for access to and completion of UN:BLOC's proprietary biological block assessment process. This process involves: (a) your completion of a detailed health intake; (b) analysis of your data through UN:BLOC's AI-powered reasoning systems trained on Ayurvedic and modern clinical knowledge bases; and (c) delivery of a comprehensive, personalised Root Cause Report.
The Assessment Fee is non-refundable once payment is made. By paying the Assessment Fee, you acknowledge and agree that:
If UN:BLOC is unable to deliver your Root Cause Report due to a technical failure or error on our part, you shall be entitled to a re-assessment at no additional cost, or, at our sole discretion, a full refund of the Assessment Fee. Such claims must be raised within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Protocol Services are available in two plan structures:
You may cancel your Protocol Plan at any time. However, cancellation is subject to the following conditions:
If you cancel before the commencement of services for that month, a full refund shall be issued. Once services for the current month have commenced (including but not limited to: protocol design delivery, consultation scheduling, supplement dispatch, or any other deliverable), no refund shall apply to that month. Any subsequent months not yet commenced shall be fully refunded.
If you cancel a Full Protocol Plan before its completion, the following shall apply:
For the purposes of this Policy, "commencement of services" includes, without limitation: delivery of a protocol document or plan, dispatch of any physical product, scheduling of a consultation, or release of any digital deliverable associated with that period.
All eligible refunds shall be processed within 10–15 business days from the date of confirmation of the refund to your original payment instrument. Processing timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Notwithstanding any other provision of this Policy or the Terms of Service, UN:BLOC's maximum aggregate liability to any user — whether arising out of contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by that user to UN:BLOC for the specific service giving rise to the claim. UN:BLOC shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, or special damages arising from or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, our services.
In the rare event that UN:BLOC fails to deliver a paid service due to a system error, technical failure, or circumstances attributable solely to UN:BLOC, you may raise a claim by writing to support@unbloc.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and, if the claim is valid, offer a re-delivery of the service or a full refund of the relevant fee, at our discretion.
UN:BLOC shall not be liable for delays or non-delivery caused by: (a) incorrect information provided by the user; (b) failure by the user to complete mandatory intake steps; (c) third-party logistics, courier, or payment gateway delays; or (d) force majeure events.
All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing to:
Your request must include: your full name, registered email address, order or invoice reference number, date of payment, the specific service for which you are requesting a cancellation or refund, and the reason for your request. Incomplete requests may result in delays in processing.
UN:BLOC's services are advisory and analytical in nature. Our Root Cause Reports and Protocol Plans are delivered on the basis of information provided by the user and our proprietary analytical systems. They do not constitute a medical diagnosis or prescription under applicable law. Accordingly, no refund shall be issued on the grounds of:
