Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 17 April 2026  |  Last Updated: 17 April 2026

IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: This Refund and Cancellation Policy forms part of the Terms of Service governing your use of UN:BLOC's platform. By making any payment on the UN:BLOC platform, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not make any payment.

1. About Our Services

UN:BLOC Health India Private Limited ("UN:BLOC", "we", "us", or "our") operates a precision integrative health platform that provides users with (a) personalised biological block assessments using proprietary AI-assisted diagnostic systems cross-validating Ayurvedic and modern functional medicine frameworks, and (b) structured health protocols — monthly or full-term — designed to systematically address identified root-cause blocks. Our services are categorised as follows:

  • Assessment Services: A one-time paid process involving comprehensive intake evaluation, multi-framework biological analysis, and delivery of a personalised Root Cause Report decoding your biological blocks.
  • Protocol Services: Structured health intervention programmes — available as monthly or full-term (multi-month) plans — designed and customised based on your Assessment Report.

2. Assessment Fee — No Refund Policy

The Assessment Fee is charged for access to and completion of UN:BLOC's proprietary biological block assessment process. This process involves: (a) your completion of a detailed health intake; (b) analysis of your data through UN:BLOC's AI-powered reasoning systems trained on Ayurvedic and modern clinical knowledge bases; and (c) delivery of a comprehensive, personalised Root Cause Report.

The Assessment Fee is non-refundable once payment is made. By paying the Assessment Fee, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are paying for access to a personalised analytical process and the delivery of a scientifically evaluated Root Cause Report, not for a specific clinical outcome;
  • The assessment is conducted using years of accumulated clinical data, proprietary technology, and reasoning systems integrating both Ayurvedic and modern medical science, and significant intellectual and computational resources are deployed upon commencement of your assessment;
  • The Root Cause Report reflects an evidence-based, system-generated analysis of your biological data. You may personally agree or disagree with the findings; however, disagreement with the conclusions does not constitute grounds for a refund;
  • No refund shall be issued on the basis that the user disagrees with, disputes, or chooses not to act on the Root Cause Report.

If UN:BLOC is unable to deliver your Root Cause Report due to a technical failure or error on our part, you shall be entitled to a re-assessment at no additional cost, or, at our sole discretion, a full refund of the Assessment Fee. Such claims must be raised within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

3. Protocol Fee — Cancellation and Partial Refund Policy

Protocol Services are available in two plan structures:

  • Monthly Protocol Plans: Paid on a month-by-month basis, covering services to be delivered within that calendar month.
  • Full Protocol Plans: Paid upfront for the complete duration of the protocol (multiple months), typically offered at a preferential rate or with applicable discounts.

You may cancel your Protocol Plan at any time. However, cancellation is subject to the following conditions:

Monthly Protocol Plans

If you cancel before the commencement of services for that month, a full refund shall be issued. Once services for the current month have commenced (including but not limited to: protocol design delivery, consultation scheduling, supplement dispatch, or any other deliverable), no refund shall apply to that month. Any subsequent months not yet commenced shall be fully refunded.

Full Protocol Plans — Discount Reversal on Early Cancellation

If you cancel a Full Protocol Plan before its completion, the following shall apply:

  • Any special offers, preferential pricing, or discounts applied to your Full Protocol Plan shall be reversed and forfeited upon cancellation. The services already delivered shall be re-priced at the standard monthly rate applicable at the time of enrolment;
  • The refund payable shall be calculated as: [Total Amount Paid] minus [Standard Monthly Rate × Number of Months of Services Already Delivered]. The resulting balance, if positive, shall be refunded to you. If the recalculated cost of services delivered equals or exceeds the total amount paid, no refund shall be due;
  • UN:BLOC shall provide a detailed written statement of the refund calculation within 7 business days of receiving your cancellation request.

For the purposes of this Policy, "commencement of services" includes, without limitation: delivery of a protocol document or plan, dispatch of any physical product, scheduling of a consultation, or release of any digital deliverable associated with that period.

All eligible refunds shall be processed within 10–15 business days from the date of confirmation of the refund to your original payment instrument. Processing timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Maximum Liability Cap

Notwithstanding any other provision of this Policy or the Terms of Service, UN:BLOC's maximum aggregate liability to any user — whether arising out of contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by that user to UN:BLOC for the specific service giving rise to the claim. UN:BLOC shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, or special damages arising from or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, our services.

5. Non-Delivery and Technical Failure

In the rare event that UN:BLOC fails to deliver a paid service due to a system error, technical failure, or circumstances attributable solely to UN:BLOC, you may raise a claim by writing to support@unbloc.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and, if the claim is valid, offer a re-delivery of the service or a full refund of the relevant fee, at our discretion.

UN:BLOC shall not be liable for delays or non-delivery caused by: (a) incorrect information provided by the user; (b) failure by the user to complete mandatory intake steps; (c) third-party logistics, courier, or payment gateway delays; or (d) force majeure events.

6. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing to:

Email: support@unbloc.com
Subject Line: "Refund / Cancellation Request — [Your Registered Name]"

Your request must include: your full name, registered email address, order or invoice reference number, date of payment, the specific service for which you are requesting a cancellation or refund, and the reason for your request. Incomplete requests may result in delays in processing.

7. No Medical Refund Basis

UN:BLOC's services are advisory and analytical in nature. Our Root Cause Reports and Protocol Plans are delivered on the basis of information provided by the user and our proprietary analytical systems. They do not constitute a medical diagnosis or prescription under applicable law. Accordingly, no refund shall be issued on the grounds of:

  • Dissatisfaction with a health outcome;
  • Disagreement with the findings of the Root Cause Report;
  • A decision by the user to seek an alternative medical opinion;
  • The user's failure to follow or implement the protocol as recommended.

8. Amendments

UN:BLOC reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered users by email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of UN:BLOC services after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

This Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana. Users agree to first attempt resolution of any dispute by writing to our grievance email prior to initiating any legal proceeding.
